Are you currently a Brand Registered Amazon seller? If not,  you are missing out on some critical features that are helping your competitors grow their sales every day.

Brand Registered sellers get access to different tools like sponsored brand ads, the brand dashboard, A+ content, Amazon Storefront, and of course video on their listing. Our team has seen in some cases that adding video to your listing can increase your conversion rate by a double-digit percentage.

So when you don’t have these perks, think of what you are missing out on. Great news for those of you that are not brand registered! Starting this quarter, Amazon said they will now allow non-brand registered sellers to upload videos to their image block.

You can take advantage of this feature by uploading your video in the upload video section located under inventory. Please note that Amazon is rolling this out in batches, so if you do not have access currently, keep checking to see if you have access!

As you all know, Q4 is coming and it is set up to be the biggest Q4 Amazon has ever seen!

This is a huge opportunity for brands on Amazon with Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday being back to back to back. But how can you prepare for the holidays when you have Prime Day in October?

Here are the TurnKey best practices when it comes to Q4:

  1. Be prepared with the inventory. The last thing you want is to sell out during the busiest time of the year for Amazon.
  2. Have promotions planned ahead of time? We love a promotional calendar for this initiative. It holds you accountable and makes sure you cover all of your bases.
  3. Use external assets to spread the word. This is a great way to improve sales and even improve your ranking.

A ton of you guys have reached out to us regarding Amazon video ads and who can blame you? They are incredibly powerful ads.

Amazon video ads are a part of the Brand Registry program where you are able to advertise to customers using video! Video ads are a feature that has not been around too long, so it is super tough for sellers to determine best practices for running these video ads.

Luckily, our team has it figured out for you! We have put in the work testing different video ads on Seller Central, as well as DSP ads. We know what it takes to run these ads and reach new audiences to help improve your brand on Amazon.

On Amazon you rarely get to communicate with your customers, which makes buyer messages crucial!

Buyer messages are the most important part of your Amazon customer service plan, so it is important that your plan for communication is optimized and strong.

When it comes to your buyer messages, you need to make sure you are responding quickly and that you have the templates ready to respond!

By using Buyer-Selling Messaging templates, you are able to prepare your team to respond to common questions and complaints that they often encounter on Amazon.

Through this tool, you are able to input different messaging templates to help you respond quickly, and therefore provide the best customer service possible! This is what leads to long-term customers and positive brand recognition.
