If you are one of those brands you need to head to the Pricing Health Dashboard IMMEDIATELY. This is where Amazon will tell you how to fix the pricing error that you might be experiencing.
That being said, how do you avoid a pricing error going forward? First you want to make sure you are familiar with the Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy. If you are in direct violation of this policy, you are at risk of Amazon shutting down your listing.
A couple of thing you should keep in mind as Amazon takes aim on this issue:
Amazon is in fact watching your website prices, so to avoid a pricing error make sure your Amazon prices match the ones on your website
Amazon is also watching if you run a huge sale on your website. This can also lead to the pricing error violation
If you fulfill orders through FBM, make sure you are offering a fair shipping price, if you are charging for shipping
Be careful when pricing your bundles. Make sure it is a fair price that is either equal to or less than the single product purchase in multiples

Here are the best practices the day for Black Friday and Cyber Monday:
Stay within budget on your ads. The last thing you want is to run out of budget on your ads mid-Black Friday or Cyber Monday which would result in no ads running during the biggest shopping days of the year.
Stay in budget with your coupon clippings. Coupon clippings, like ad campaigns, have budget allowances that can run out prematurely if you aren’t careful. You can increase your budgets if you hit your limits, but be sure you’re ready to keep tabs on where they are at throughout the day.
Watch your lightning deals. If you are one of the lucky few that got picked up for one of the deals, watch it! If it’s doing super well and driving tons of sales, think about increasing the number of units to capitalize on the opportunity.
Overall, keep your eyes on your account. You all know how Amazon is, and unexpected things happen. Keep your eyes on your account to fix any issues if they come up.

Recently, we have been getting a lot of you asking about variations and if you should variate your product.
The answer used to be very simple: yes, because just last year Amazon would combine the reviews making it an automatic win. But within the last year, Amazon has slowly removed combining reviews just because a given product has variations, so now wondering what to do with your variations.
To simplify things, we have created a pros and cons list:
Pros:
Amazon may potentially combine the reviews again. If that happens, it’s worth keeping your variations together
Cross selling is easier for customers and potentially increases your order value
Higher sales conversions because all options for a product are in one spot
Cons:
Losing real estate in the search results. When you combine a listing it will limit you to only show one listing on a given term, instead of splitting up all your product options
One product variation brings down the whole listing. On occasion, one variation does less well than the rest and brings down the overall real estate on the listing
